I bitch a lot about this location, so it's only far that I toss in something good when it happens. Here are three things that ROGER did this morning, that I greatly appreciate: 1) When he saw that I was stuck behind someone who seemed to be analyzing every item on the menu, he opened a register. He didn't go do something else to avoid contact with the public. 2) We had a genuine human interaction. If he was a "million miles away" he avoided giving me that impression. 3) He made eye contact, started my coffee order right away, and made me feel like I had a good idea in deciding to stop by. This guy needs to be taken off the counter - so he can train everyone else working at McDonald's counters.

I can honestly say, that I can not remember the last time I ate at any of the locations. This makes me happy.

After hot busy day our group deserved an ice cream treat. Getting off the freeway we pulled into a McDonald's drive through and ordered several ice cream items. Once we pulled up to the window with our money ready, the manager states that they're all out of ice cream. McDonald's all out of ice cream and they didn't tell us in the beginning? They didn't even try to give us some other option. C'mon now.

Good breakfast staff. The lunch and evening staff is quite slower at getting orders ready. Go inside...the service is better. The drive-up window staff usually gets things messed up, and has a hard time taking orderes properly.

So this location has recently been renovated. Let me take that back-- 6 months ago they razed the building and built a giant, new, shiny one in is place. This MacDoe (as my wife calls it) is gorgeous, with Wifi and power outlets at each seat, and a pretty nice looking PlayPlace. Seating is much more creative than the booth-and-counter style we're used to seeing, and it'd make a fairly decent stop to read the paper and get a coffee. And they have a fountain available for all (compared to the old place, where you had to ask for refills at the counter). I'm sure, though, that when they demolished the old place, they must have fired all the workers. Our one experience here, for a late weekend breakfast, was pretty awful. The new staff didn't know how to run the registers. They didn't understand that you can get eggwhite and white cheddar on any breakfast sandwich. A vegetarian sandwich order came out with meat on it, and a replacement took 10 minutes or more. Though a refund was offered, it wasn't worth the wait to get it. Exasperating to say the least. I imagine that the folks will get into the swing of things soon enough, but be warned about the newbs and this really nice, new Mickey D's.

This is the worst McDonalds. The drive thru wait at 11:45pm on the weekends is 20+ minutes... And they always seem to be 'batching' their credit card machine. So they only take cash during that time, which they repeat over and over. I lived by this store for three years, and if you want 24hour food go to racheritos/betos on 400 south. At least they will get your order right.

Everyone who works here needs to cheer up or get over themselves. My breakfast sandwich bread was hard. Maybe they can get something right in the future.

If you thought you've experienced the world's worst mcdonalds, think again! As shortcomings go, these guys never disappoint. Between their ridiculously belligerent staff, the excessive wait times, the constant slovenly state of their building, and the horrifyingly callous management, these guys will almost certainly make your visit an unpleasant one. Of course, like every McDonald's in the area, customer service is handled entirely by a local franchisee, so calling in a complaint to the 1-800 number is an exercise in futility. The call you'll get back will be from incredibly immature people who make it clear that they believe you are the problem. Do yourself a favor. Pass.

They made me wait so long at the drive thru that instead of giving me the dollar menu fries, they gave me a big one!! :D It was almost 5 am and there was a huge line, and to make things worse, I ordered 10 doublestacks, and 10 spicy McChickens, cauz I was ordering for some friends waiting at a house party. Give these puppies to your drunk friends, and in a matter of 10 minutes, those puppies will have absorbed the alcohol out of their systems. Actually, it might had taken longer than just 10 minutes.
